Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 
$50 to the United States and Canada.

Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate shipping fee 
at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days 
after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends 
or public holidays are processed the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES

- United States: 6–10 business days
- Canada: 8–14 business days

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary 
due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other 
circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped you will receive a 
confirmation email with a tracking number. You can 
track your order at any time using the Track My Order 
page on our website.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated 
delivery window please contact us at 
hello@bambooflex.com with your order number and we 
will investigate with the carrier immediately.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at 
checkout. BambooFlex is not responsible for orders 
delivered to an incorrect address provided by the 
customer. Re-shipment fees will apply in this case.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES (CANADA)

Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties or 
import taxes upon delivery. These charges are the 
responsibility of the customer and are not included 
in our shipping fees.
