Refund policy

At BambooFlex, all sales are final. We do not accept 
returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed 
and fulfilled.

EXCEPTIONS

We will offer a replacement or store credit only in 
the following situations:

- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- Your order is lost in transit

To qualify you must contact us within 7 days of 
delivery at hello@bambooflex.com with your order 
number and a clear photo of the issue.

We reserve the right to assess each claim individually 
and determine the appropriate resolution.

SIZING

We strongly recommend checking our size guide before 
ordering. We do not accept returns for incorrect size 
selections. If unsure, size up.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All discounted and promotional items are final sale 
and are not eligible for replacement or store credit 
under any circumstances.
